Termoconformado<\/h1>\n

El termoconformado o termoformado es el proceso por el cual se obtiene una pieza con una determinada forma. Se parte de una plancha o l\u00e1mina de termopl\u00e1stico semielaborado que, aplicando calor y utilizando el vac\u00edo con un molde<\/a> o matriz, se reblandece y se adapta a la forma del molde. El calor aplicado debe ser el correcto (entre 120 y 180 \u00baC), lo mismo pasa con la presi\u00f3n del vac\u00edo, que oscila entre 600 y 760 mmHg. Un mal ajuste de estos par\u00e1metros dar\u00e1 como resultado una pieza defectuosa. Tambi\u00e9n se puede realizar la presi\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica con un contra molde. <\/p>\n
