In this process, cathodic electrodeposition occurs, where the charged particles move within an electric field towards the pole of opposite sign (Cataphoresis is the displacement towards the cathode).<\/p>\n<h2>Cataphoresis application<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It is applied to metal parts that need to conduct electrical current. To obtain a uniform paint film, the parts must go through these phases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degreasing and phosphating treatment<\/li>\n<li>Immersion in cataphoresis painting<\/li>\n<li>Baking of parts for polymerisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Properties<\/h2>\n<p>The properties obtained with cataphoresis are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.praimer.com.br\/en\/industrial-coatings\/\">Corrosion protection<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Resistance to mechanical deformation<\/li>\n<li>Better paint adhesion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-2635-1\"
